Innolink Digital Services is hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor – Landscape with 7–10 years of experience in landscape and hardscape project estimation, contract management, and project coordination.
Requirements:
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in landscape QS roles.
• Proficient in cost estimation software and AutoCAD.
• Strong background in value engineering and contract management.
• Knowledge of project planning and execution within landscaping.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with local and international construction standards.
• Ability to work with BIM methodologies and multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead cost estimation for landscape and hardscape projects.
• Manage contracts and negotiations with contractors and vendors.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Implement value engineering strategies to enhance project efficiency.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with design and regulatory standards.
• Prepare detailed cost and progress reports for management.
