Requirement:
– 5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit-out, interiors, refurbishment, or construction projects.
– Strong knowledge of cost planning, estimating, tendering, valuations, variations, and final accounts within the construction sector.
– Proven experience managing project commercial performance, budgets, subcontractor accounts, and cost control from pre-contract through to completion.
