Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Hiring for a ” Quantity Surveyor” with the following qualifications and experience.
Location : Abu Dhabi
Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but are not limited to, the below
– Post and Pre-tendering Experiences.
– Hands-on experience in AutoCAD and familiar with Plan swift software.
– Familiar with ERP software.
– Subcontractor Monthly Progress Certificate, Client Progress Certificate based on IR.
– Maintaining IR Logs.
– Capable of handling multiple projects.
– Post-contract Variation Claims.
– Handling capabilities of Invoices, Interim Payment Certificates.
– Capable of doing Monthly Reconciliation reports and CVR reports.
– Project Resource control-Manpower, Material, Machineries Store and Inventory management.
– Cost controlling.
