Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

Job Type: Full-time
For a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically within infrastructure, roads, drainage or utilities projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cost management, contract administration, and financial reporting for large-scale infrastructure developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents for infrastructure projects.
Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and forecast final costs to ensure financial control.
Evaluate contractor claims, variations, and progress payments in line with contract conditions.
Conduct site visits to verify work progress and quantify completed works for payment purposes.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide regular cost reports and financial updates.
Ensure all cost-related activities align with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3 – 5 years of experience in quantity surveying in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, drainage, etc.) and UAE authority standards.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office.
Excellent negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
