Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Westwood Interior Industries
Location: Dubai, UAE
With strong experience in CAD/Civil 3D/Plant 3D and architectural & structural works. The ideal candidate must have solid UAE experience and strong site-based exposure.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
-Strong experience in CAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, and engineering drawings
-Experience in both architectural and structural works
-Proven UAE site experience in construction projects
-Strong knowledge of BOQ, cost control, and material take-off
-Ability to coordinate with site and project teams
-Immediate availability is an advantage
Responsibilities:
-Prepare BOQ, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs
-Review drawings and ensure accuracy of measurements
-Monitor project costs and variations
-Support site execution with accurate quantity and cost data
-Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and site teams
