Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – Valika Interior Design
Location : Dubai, UAE

A growing interior fit?out and design company based in Dubai, delivering high?quality residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
-Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material take?offs for interior fit?out projects
-Evaluate drawings, specifications, and project requirements
-Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and variations
-Manage cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting
-Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
-Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in interior fit?out or construction industry (UAE experience preferred)
-Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost control, and estimation
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
