Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

Infrastructure | Dubai, UAE
For prestigious client based in Dubai, UAE.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in the infrastructure industry.
Candidates currently on visit visa, cancelled visa, or outside UAE with strong and relevant UAE experience will be considered.
Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
Proven track record of recovering pending payments from completed projects.
Excellent documentation and contract management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and cost control reports.
Conduct quantity take-offs and material measurements from drawings and site visits.
Evaluate and certify subcontractor/supplier payments.
Manage claims, variations, and change orders effectively.
Assist in preparation and submission of interim payment applications and final accounts.
Liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients for cost-related matters.
Support procurement by providing accurate BOQ and cost breakdowns.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, local regulations, and project timelines.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred (visit/cancelled visa or available outside UAE with strong local experience)
