Job Position – Quantity Surveyor

NASCO Steel Construction LLC is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our UAQ Factory Office in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. If you have a background in steel construction projects and are passionate about cost control and project management, we’d love to hear from you!
Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
Key Responsibilities :
– Monitor and control project costs throughout all project phases.
– Track budgets, variations, and cost forecasts.
– Coordinate with procurement and project teams to optimize cost efficiency.
– Prepare monthly cost reports and support financial planning.
– Prepare and submit interim payment applications and follow up on approvals.
Requirements :
– Minimum (2 years)of Quantity Surveying experience in the construction industry.
– Experience in steel construction projects is preferred.
– Strong knowledge of cost control, construction contracts, and project costing.
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and cost management software.
– Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
