Job Position – Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer – Site & Tender

Ali Mousa & Sons Contracting is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer to join our team in the UAE for immediate joining.
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for both site quantity surveying and tendering activities, ensuring effective cost control and commercial management across construction projects.
Key Responsibilities :
– Preparation of cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
– Valuation of work completed and progress claims
– Preparation and evaluation of variation claims
– Support in tendering and contract administration
– Handling commercial and cost-related functions for ongoing construction projects
– Coordination with project and site teams to ensure accurate quantity and cost reporting
Requirements :
– 4–5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry
– Strong knowledge of site QS operations and tendering procedures
– Ability to join immediately
– Valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage
