Currently hiring for an exciting pre-contract opportunity in Dubai, working across major project sectors including:
Candidate Requirements :
Candidates must meet all of the following criteria:
Available to start within 2 weeks
Currently based in Dubai or elsewhere in the UAE
(4–5 years) of Quantity Surveying experience
Minimum (2+years) of UAE experience
Strong pre-contract experience with a consultant or developer
Masterplans & large-scale developments
High-rise towers
Hotels & hospitality
Major mixed-use developments
Role: Pre-Contract Quantity Surveyor
Availability: Within 2 weeks
