Job Description-
Provide a professional private secretarial service for a section head, routing callers and correspondence as necessary and taking initiative in drafting and finalizing replies where appropriate to ensure that all matters are dealt with efficiently and appropriately.
2) Document Controller
Job Description-
Handle and control document process for incoming and outgoing document using electronic systems and as per the standard procedures
3) Project Administrator
Job Description-
To manage administrative operation, ensure efficient office management & support department and organization objectives.
