Job Position – Real Estate Accountant

Company Name – Property Experts Investment

Location – Abu Dhabi

Salary – AED 3,000 – 3,500

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– Previous accounting experience, preferably in real estate.
– Knowledge of UAE VAT and corporate tax mandatory.
– Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
– Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
– High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
– Indian male candidates prefered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Manage daily accounting transactions, invoices, receipts, payments, and reconciliations.
– Prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and monthly financial summaries.
– Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
– Monitor real estate sales and rental transactions, deposits, refunds, and outstanding payments.
– Calculate and track agent commissions, developer commissions, and payment schedules.
– Manage employee payroll records, advances, reimbursements, and commission payments.
– Assist with UAE VAT returns, tax documentation, and regulatory compliance.
– Coordinate with banks, developers, auditors, suppliers, and internal departments.
– Maintain accurate financial records and support budgeting, audits, and cost control.
