Job Position – Real Estate Agent
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and dedicated individual who is eager to excel in the real estate market, regardless of prior experience. As a Real Estate Agent, you’ll have the opportunity to guide clients through the purchasing, selling, and rental processes, ensuring an exceptional experience with every property transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
-Educate and assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties
-Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
-Conduct property listings and organize viewings
-Network and build connections with potential clients and industry professionals
-Negotiate property sale and rental agreements
-Remain knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices
Requirements:
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong negotiation and sales abilities
-High level of commitment and a strong work ethic
-Proficiency in utilizing real estate tools and platforms
-A real estate agent’s or broker’s license is a plus, but not initially required
-One year of UAE Real Estate experience is required
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
