About the job

Your role will be to assist in achieving our aggressive portfolio growth targets (i.e. adding new properties) and nurture prospects through direct sales and relationship building.

Shosty has developed a sophisticated prospecting strategy, which delivers a steady flow of qualified prospects. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of real estate sales, and a robust list of RE investors with whom they have completed high-value real estate transactions.

Shosty has invested significantly in its lead-generation marketing technology & CRM, and will provide the tools required for you to succeed.

Remuneration for this role will be a combination of base salary + performance-based commissions.

Job Description:

Educate yourself on the Shosty business offering and intricacies of its prospecting strategy

Relentlessly pursue RE investors who meet Shosty’s qualification criteria

  • Cold Call qualified investors – list of qualified leads made available by Shosty
  • Nurture inbound leads originated from Shosty’s prospecting / marketing strategy

Efficiently qualify and track all leads throughout the sales journey to ensure Shosty CRM strategy can consistently engage prospects

Use Shosty’s bespoke marketing material to provide timely and efficient responses to queries by prospects

MOST IMPORTANTLY: close high-value deals which generate new business for Shosty and commission-based earnings for the applicant (you)

Must HAVES:

At least five years experience working in Real Estate Sales in Dubai

A robust list of historical contacts / RE investors

A network of Real Estate brokers with whom you’ve worked with in the past

Experience working in a sophisticated sales and marketing team

Computer literacy and attention to detail – especially in tracking and maintaining strong records within our CRM database

Strong written and spoken english language capability

A car and valid drivers license

After initial orientation and onboarding, you will have the freedom to manage your schedule as you like, so long as you’re meeting your targets. Need to pick-up your kids at lunch time, go to the gym in the afternoon, meet clients at 9pm (ifs its your preference)… you do whatever works for you. Your success will be judged on predetermined KPIs, not what time you show up to work.
