Job Position – HR Coordinator
Company Name – Connection Chauffeur Limo
Key Responsibilities
Manage employee visa applications, renewals, and cancellations in coordination with relevant government authorities.
Handle daily HR administrative activities and maintain accurate employee records.
Monitor employee attendance, timesheets, and timekeeping systems.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
Prepare HR-related reports and maintain confidential documentation.
Provide general support to employees regarding HR matters.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE.
Proven experience handling employment visas, renewals, and cancellations.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR procedures.
Experience with timekeeping and attendance management systems.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
