Job Position – Flight Operations Officer
Company Name – Midline Aviation
To support the planning and coordination of business jet operations from Dubai headquarters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Coordinate daily flight operations, including flight planning, overflight and landing permits, airport slots, handling, fuel, and ground support services
-Monitor flights and provide operational support to flight crews before, during, and after each mission
-Liaise with airports, FBOs, handling agents, fuel providers, aviation authorities, and permit providers worldwide
-Prepare operational documentation and maintain accurate flight records
-Monitor weather, NOTAMs, operational restrictions, and other factors affecting flight operations
-Coordinate crew logistics, passenger requirements, and schedule updates as required
-Support operational compliance in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
REQUIREMENTS
-Previous experience in business aviation, flight operations, dispatch, trip support, or a related aviation role
-Good understanding of flight planning, overflight and landing permits, airport slots, handling arrangements, and international business aviation operations
-Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and aviation operational systems
-Strong communication skills and professional attitude
-Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
