Job Position – Real Estate Telecaller

Key Responsibilities
-Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
-Generate, qualify, and follow up with real estate leads.
-Understand clients’ property requirements and provide suitable information.
-Schedule meetings and property viewings for Property Consultants.
-Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
-Update and manage lead information in the CRM.
-Handle client inquiries and objections professionally.
-Support the sales team in converting leads into successful opportunities.
-Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
-Previous real estate experience is required.
-Experience in Dubai real estate is highly preferred.
-Experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation.
-Fluent in a minimum of 3 languages.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Confident and professional telephone manner.
-Strong follow-up, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
-Target-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
-Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
