Job Position – Real Estate Telecaller
Company Name – Alkira
Key Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads
-Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate project information
-Qualify leads and schedule meetings for property consultants
-Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and follow-ups
-Build and maintain strong client relationships
-Follow up with prospects to convert leads into site visits or deals
-Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Requirements:
-Excellent communication and convincing skills
-Prior experience in telecalling or real estate is an advantage
-Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work in a target-driven environment
-Basic knowledge of CRM systems
