1. Handle routine and advanced duties

2. Organize files, create correspondence, prepare reports and documents, manage calendars to schedule appointments, sort mail, prepare invoices and offer general staff support

3. Be skilled in Monday.com

4. Operate Trakheesi System/ Dubai Land Department

5. Generate MyCRM, Propspace, Airlist listings

6. Coordination with all company staff especially agents

7. Operate ProertyFinder Manager, Bayut & Dubizzle Manager

8. Maintain Social Media Webistes

9. Phone Calls, Data and Cold Calling

10. Operating GoDaddy Staff/E-Mails/Payments

11. Expert in Corel Draw/Photoshop

12. Maintenance of office, opening & closing office

13. Submitting daily reports to CEO or Managing Director
