Job Position – Receptionist

Job Description

Industry: Shipping Company

Location: Tecom, Al Barsha Heights, Dubai, UAE

-Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
-Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
-Maintains security and telecommunications system.
-Performs clerical works such as photocopying, scanning & filing
-Keeps a safe & clean reception/office area.
-Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
-Must be confident on writing email and letters
-Able to work under pressure.

-With or without experience are welcome to apply
– Bachelor graduate
– Preferably Filipina
