Role Overview:
In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to help us continue our growth and success. Your expertise in engaging Chinese-speaking candidates will be crucial to our recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to Chinese-speaking candidates
Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process from start to finish
Collaborate with various departments to understand hiring needs
Enhance our employer brand in the Chinese-speaking market
Qualifications:
Fluent in Mandarin and English (additional languages a plus)
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in real estate
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Interested?
