Job Position – Recruitment Officer

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction & engineering roles.
– Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for specialized positions
– Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
– Maintain and update talent pipelines for future requirements
– Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding
Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the engineering sector.
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
– Strong knowledge of technical job roles and industry trends
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
