Job Position – Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities:
-Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction & engineering roles.
-Source, screen & interview candidates.
-Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
-Maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing projects.
Requirements:
-3-5 years of recruitment experience in road & infrastructure.
-Strong knowledge of construction & engineering roles.
-Excellent communication & organizational skills.
-BBA/MBA or related degree preferred.
Salary: QAR 4,000 – 5,000/month
