Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction industry.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
In-depth knowledge of recruitment principles, best practices and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
