Hiring Admin/ Recruitment Officer
Qualifications:
– 4 years’ work experience in a manpower supply company as an ADMIN OFFICER in UAE
– Experience in handling over 2,000 employees
– Strong knowledge of Timesheet/Payroll
– Experienced in preparing monthly worker’s timesheets and arrangement of various gate pass, visa and medical insurance applications, etc.
– Excellent knowledge of UAE labor laws
– Solid verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for client and staff coordination on the site.
– Ability to work and perform with minimum supervision
– Can work under pressure
– Excellent Administrative Skills and documentation
– Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.)
– Preferably multilingual (Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, Etc.)
– Preferably Male Indian/Pakistan Nationality
– Locally available who can join immediately
