Job Position – Relationship Manager & New Branch Support Coordinator

A skilled and motivated professional (5+ years of experience, female) . The successful candidate will focus on building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, particularly in Saudi Arabia, and provide support for opening a new regional branch. Responsibilities include establishing client relationships, coordinating branch opening activities, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. The candidate should meet the gender requirement specified for this position.
Build and nurture relationships with Saudi Arabian stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government entities.
Act as the primary point of contact for Saudi clients, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns with cultural sensitivity.
Understand and cater to the specific needs of Saudi clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and support, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
New Branch Opening Support:
Assist in opening a new regional branch in Saudi Arabia by working closely with the management team and relevant stakeholders.
Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and business planning for the new branch, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Coordinate with local authorities and agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and obtain necessary licenses and permits.
Support the recruitment and onboarding process for local staff, ensuring a smooth transition and effective team establishment.
Collaborate with the operations team to establish efficient processes and workflows for day-to-day branch operations.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record in relationship management or account management, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Experience supporting the opening of a new branch, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and knowledge of Saudi business etiquette.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications for managing client relationships and tracking progress.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, embracing change and demonstrating resilience.
