Job Position – Reporting Analyst

Requirements
· 5-8 years of experience in Reporting and Data Analysis.
· Good experience in ITSM Platforms like ServiceNow, ManageEngine, BMC.
· Expertise in Excel and tools using Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
· Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
· Salary – AED 9,000-10,000
