– Handle all guest reservations for Nazcaa, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to dining
– Provide information about our menu, events, and services, ensuring an unforgettable guest experience
– Coordinate with the front-of-house team to maintain smooth operations
– Build and maintain strong relationships with our guests to enhance customer loyalty
