Restaurant Reservation Agent

Join our dynamic hospitality team where style meets precision. Perched at the top of ICD Brookfield Place in DIFC, we’re looking for a Reservation Agent who’s more than just a voice on the line, you’re the guest’s first impression and the one who sets the tone for a world-class dining experience.
This is a multi-venue role across some of the city’s most exciting restaurants and bars. You’ll coordinate bookings, ensure seamless internal communication and make sure every guest interaction feels thoughtful, effortless and personal.

What we’re looking for:
– Experience in luxury F&B reservations (multi-outlet background is a major plus)
– Strong knowledge of reservation platforms & operations
– Exceptional communicator, great under pressure and naturally guest-focused
– Fluent in English (Arabic, French or other languages are a bonus)
– Flexible with working hours (evenings, weekends & holidays included)
