As a Reservation Agent, you will:
-Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and in-depth knowledge of our restaurants & bars
-Manage reservations efficiently, ensuring smooth coordination with the team
-Provide exceptional service, making every guest’s experience seamless from booking to visit
-Maintain accurate records and feedback to enhance future guest interactions
-Work closely with all departments to optimise seating arrangements and restaurant capacity
