Job Position – Restaurant Manager

The person we want:
-Reads a table before it asks, and rescues it before it becomes a review.
-Sets the pace, the tone and the warmth of every service.
-Knows regulars by name, and gives first-timers a reason to return.
-Turns neighbours into regulars, and regulars into a following.
-Leads, trains and keeps a front-of-house team that cares.
What you bring: 3+ years in premium dining, with experience leading a front-of-house team. You live in Dubai, or are willing to relocate from another Emirate. Japanese cuisine knowledge is a plus, not a requirement.
