Job Position – Restaurant Manager

Will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, building customer relations, managing customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, hiring and training staff, and maintaining communication between the restaurant team and management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Experience in hiring and training staff
Effective Communication skills
Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Located in Dubai.
