Seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure excellence across our restaurant concept.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage overall restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
– Lead and develop teams to deliver high service standards
– Monitor budgets, costs, and operational performance
– Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and local regulations
Requirements:
– Proven experience managing restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
– Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
– Experience in the Dubai / UAE market is highly preferred
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
