Job Position – Restaurant Supervisor
Company Name – Excelsior Group
Job Location:- Dubai, UAE
Salary:- AED 10,000-12,000/-
Shift Time:- 7AM-7PM
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in Dubai.
Preferably with experience in restaurants offering international, Arabic, or Middle Eastern cuisine.
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts efficiently.
Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality and service excellence.
Well-organized, with good time management skills.
Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Proficient in POS systems (Micros preferred) and basic computer use.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support front-of-house (FOH) team during shifts.
Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
Manage staff training, performance, and discipline.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Optimize table management and guest seating.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Assist with stock management and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team for efficient BOH-FOH coordination.
Manage billing processes and ensure transaction accuracy.
Submit daily reports and updates to the management.
