HR Manager

Candidates with experience in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution and/or large multi-business organizations, with strong exposure to UAE HR operations.

Key Requirements
1. 10–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant managerial/leadership experience
2. Strong experience in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, trading or similar large-scale business environments
3. Proven experience managing HR operations across UAE Mainland and Free Zone entities
4. Strong practical knowledge of UAE Labour Law, employment regulations and HR compliance
5. Experience supporting blue- and white-collar workforces, preferably within manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, logistics or distribution environments
6. Strong experience in HR strategy, workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations and HR operations
7. Experience in performance management, compensation & benefits, policies, employee engagement and talent development
8. Experience working closely with senior management and cross-functional teams
9. Proven ability to lead and develop an HR team
10. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field. Professional HR qualifications such as CIPD, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or equivalent are preferred.
11. Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
