Job Position – Retail Executive
ARABIC SPEAKER
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 4,200 AED/month
The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of retail operations within the shipping and logistics industry. This role involves managing retail sales, building customer relationships, and driving business growth through effective marketing and operational strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
Achieve sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and client relationships.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Operational Oversight:
Oversee day-to-day retail operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the supply chain team to manage stock effectively.
Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and availability.
Marketing and Promotions:
Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare sales reports and analyze data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations to management based on sales trends and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
1+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
Strong understanding of customer service principles and retail operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
