A leading hospitality trading company is seeking a Sales Administrator to join its Riyadh office and support daily outlet operations while ensuring smooth sales and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage daily outlet operations and assist walk-in customers
– Prepare quotations, create sales orders, and arrange product samples
– Maintain accurate outlet stock levels and update stock movement records
– Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely replenishment of stock
– Support sales and marketing activities as needed
– Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication
Requirements:
– Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
– Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
– Knowledge of hospitality, bed & bath linen supplies is preferred
– Previous experience in hospitality outlets, malls, or retail is a plus
