Job Position – Sales Administrator

Duties
·Process orders via email or phone
·Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
·Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
·Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
·Develop monthly sales reports
Requirements
·Previous experience within a Sales Administration role
·Strong IT skills
·Excellent knowledge of Excel and organising spreadsheets
·Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
·Proactive and self-starter
·Able to travel occasionally within the GCC
