Job Description for Sales and Admin Assistant

You will be an integral part of the Sales Team assisting towards introducing the Rush-A-Way concept and products to new and existing clients. You will work closely with the Sales and operations team internally to deliver a successful event that is appreciated by participants & stakeholders (Clients, partners, and vendors) and meets all deliverables and time constraints. You will also be the key point of contact in managing and sharing all communication between clients and internal stakeholders and converting new leads into confirmed projects.

 

You will be a key part of the team working towards growing the Rush-A-Way concept in UAE and internationally and eventually growing the team. You will also be a part of testing new concepts and eventually assist the operations teams working towards launching and commercializing those concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to and following up with incoming client inquiries via email and any other platform.
  • Communicating with new clients, understanding, and collecting the key information required for creating client proposals.
  • Creating client proposals and quotes based on the client’s requirements and closely following up with the client till closure/confirmation.
  • Handing over a client to the operations team with accurate details on the agreed proposal and event of the client in line with the internal process.
  • Recording and sharing accurate meeting summary notes on meetings and calls held with the clients and the sales team.
  • Organizing demos for clients as and when required by the client or sales team pitch.
  • Completing all vendor registrations for Rush-A-Way on client-assigned systems.
  • Creating invoices and following up for payments based on payment terms.
  • Managing and updating all internal systems with new updates as and when required.
