Job Position – Sales Consultant

Your Mission
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and strengthening our presence in the market. Your responsibilities will include:
– Managing and developing a portfolio of customers
– Visiting clients regularly and ensuring strong relationship management
– Identifying new business opportunities and reactivating inactive customers
– Executing monthly route plans and maintaining accurate check?ins
– Preparing mandatory reports and contributing to team meetings
– Upholding Würth’s mission, values, and culture in every interaction
What You Bring
– A customer?oriented and business?driven mindset
– Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
– Resilience, curiosity, and the courage to engage new clients
– Ability to accept feedback and continuously improve
– Professional stability and at least 2+ years of experience in a sales?related role
– High School diploma required; College degree diploma is a plus
– Fluent English skills
– Proficiency with the Office suite
– Mandatory UAE Driving License
