Duties & Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of Sales Controller include, but are not limited to:
Monitoring and evaluating the sales performance based on Zoho CRM data;
Deriving sales KPI’s out of Zoho CRM data;
Increase data consistency (Finance/Zoho);
Propose actions in order to improve the sales performance of each CEM;
Support the Head of Finance in the operational business (KPI scheme, Incentive schemes).
Skills and requirements:
Min. 5 years in Controlling/IT;
Deep knowledge and experience in ZOHO CRM preferred;
Experience in Process Analysis preferred;
Ability to quickly understand the sales process steps and to derive KPIs;
The ideal candidate must be hungry to perform and to deliver results,
compatible with multiple nationalities and cultures, self-motivated, and able to identify weaknesses in sales performances and processes
