Key Responsibilities:
Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
Handle both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
Maintain and update CRM data and lead status.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience in a sales coordination role .
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
