Job Position – Business Development & Client Relations

Hiring for a motivated Emirati professional to join our team in a client-facing role focused on business development, relationship management, stakeholder engagement and commercial coordination.
Key Responsibilities
-Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government-related entities, partners and key stakeholders.
-Support business development by identifying opportunities, following up on leads and assisting with proposals.
-Represent the company professionally in client meetings, events and networking activities.
-Coordinate with Travel, Holidays, Cargo, Finance and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
-Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, correspondence and management updates.
-Assist senior management with market research, client follow-ups, commercial initiatives and special projects.
-Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings and business-development activities.
-Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
-Support Emiratisation and local stakeholder engagement initiatives.
-Perform other duties and projects assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
-UAE National (Emirati)
-Fluent Arabic & English — mandatory
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Professional presentation and relationship-management skills
-Interest in business development, client engagement and commercial activities
-Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
