Job Position – Sales Coordinator
Company Name – Almaz
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree holder
At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role
ERP Platform related experience will be an added advantage
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficient in MS office applications
Responsibilities:
Make an offer in response to RFQ/ Tender preparation
Follow up with the sales team for their offer
Logistics procedures – shipping arrangement
Coordinate with ASSD for equipment delivery: arrange OD and Invoice
Demo preparation
Supplier coordination
Monitor/ Order Stock Items
Monthly sales report; generating required information from CRM and SAP
Keep a detailed list of offers sent and maintain record keeping
Petty Cash handling
Invoice generation
Contract Invoicing
Preparation of Monthly report
Full admin support as required by the sales team and managers
Location: Dubai, UAE
