Job Position – Sales & Customer Service Coordinator
Company Name – MEALIS
Looking for a Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating between customers, sales, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate customer deliveries based on confirmed sales orders and stock availability
– ?Liaise with warehouse, drivers, couriers, and logistics providers to arrange deliveries
– ?Track deliveries and ensure timely completion
– ?Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices
– ?Follow up with customers for signed delivery notes and Proof of Delivery (POD)
– ?Maintain proper records of delivery and invoicing documentation
– ?Act as a point of contact for customers regarding delivery status and documentation
– ?Coordinate internally with sales, warehouse/logistics, and finance teams
Requirements:
– ?Strong organizational and follow-up skills
– ?High attention to detail and accuracy
– ?Ability to coordinate between multiple departments
– ?Basic understanding of sales invoicing and delivery processes
– ?Comfortable working with ERP systems (ERPNext is a plus) and Excel
– ?Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams
– ?Available for immediate joining
