Job Position – Sales & Customer Service Coordinator
Company Name – MEALIS
Seeking a Sales & Customer Service Coordinator with strong coordination, communication, and ERP/Excel skills to support order processing, deliveries, and customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate customer deliveries based on confirmed sales orders and stock availability
– Liaise with warehouse, drivers, couriers, and logistics providers to arrange deliveries
– Track deliveries and ensure timely completion
– Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices
– Follow up with customers for signed delivery notes and Proof of Delivery (POD)
– Maintain proper records of delivery and invoicing documentation
– Act as a point of contact for customers regarding delivery status and documentation
– Coordinate internally with sales, warehouse/logistics, and finance teams
Requirements:
– Strong organizational and follow-up skills
– High attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to coordinate between multiple departments
– Basic understanding of sales invoicing and delivery processes
– Comfortable working with ERP systems (ERPNext is a plus) and Excel
– Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams
– Available for immediate joining
