Job Position – Sales Engineer
Company Name – Reliance Management Company
Location – Abu Dhabi
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Respond to customer inquiries and qualify potential leads
– Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and networking
– Understand client needs and propose tailored FM service solutions
– Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender documentation
– Collaborate with BD and Operations teams to ensure alignment in client offerings
– Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
– Prepare and update records, document sales activities, and track pipeline progress
– Conduct site visits and client meetings as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
– 3-5 years of sales experience in Facilities Management companies in the UAE
– Strong understanding of MEP, civil, and soft FM services
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
– Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
