Job Position – Sales Executive
Company Name – Dashmesh International
Hiring a motivated, results-driven, and commercially focused Medical Equipment to join our team in the UAE for its medical equipment arm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities and driving the sales of medical equipment, devices, and healthcare solutions across hospitals, clinics, medical centers, laboratories, and other healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
Promote and sell medical equipment, medical devices, and healthcare solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
Conduct regular customer visits and identify new sales opportunities.
Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions as required.
Identify and manage tender, institutional, and project-based sales opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain an active and well-managed sales pipeline.
Monitor market developments, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Coordinate effectively with logistics, finance, procurement, and service teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
2–5 years of relevant experience in medical equipment, medical devices, healthcare products, or related B2B sales.
Previous experience within the UAE healthcare market is required.
Valid UAE driving licence is required.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Strong commercial awareness and a results-oriented approach.
Willingness and flexibility to travel for customer visits across the UAE.
Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic language skill will be an advantage
