Job Position – Sales Executive
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Key Responsibilities:
-Visit assigned customers daily as per approved journey plan.
-Collect sales orders.
-Ensure coverage of all customers on the route, maintaining 100% call compliance.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
-Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
-Regularly update customers on promotions, new product launches, and schemes.
-Maintain thorough knowledge of product, pricing, promotions, and competitor activities.
-Achieve monthly, weekly, and daily sales targets in volume and value.
-Ensure product visibility at customer premises according to planograms.
-Collect and report market information on competitor prices, activities, and new products.
-Provide daily sales and visit reports to the supervisor.
-Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the accounts team (if applicable).
Required Qualifications & Skills:
-Minimum high school certificate; diploma preferred.
-At least 2–4 years of FMCG sales experience in UAE.
Good communication skills in English, Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam or Urdu is an advantage.
-Basic handheld device skills (order entry, reporting).
-Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
-Should have Valid UAE driving license
Working Conditions:
-Field-based role;
-Full Time 6-day work a week, (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
