Job Position – Sales Executive
Gold & Jewelry
Location: Ajman, UAE
Preferred: Arabic Female
English: Good Level Required
Immediate joining
To join our luxury gold and jewelry showroom in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in jewelry retail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver premium customer service to both Arabic and international clients.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Present jewelry items and clearly explain specifications, pricing, and features
Complete sales transactions and prepare invoices accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of display counters and showroom
Follow up on special orders and customer reservations
Assist with inventory counting, stock organization, and stock control
Deliver high-end customer service aligned with luxury retail standards
Requirements:
Mandatory experience in gold and jewelry sales
Strong knowledge of diamonds and gemstones (mandatory)
Good command of English (Arabic is required)
Presentable appearance and professional attitude
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Punctual, committed, and able to work under pressure
Currently based in the UAE (preferred)
