Job Position – Sales Executive

Company Name – Grand Mercure Majlis Residences

Take pride in delivering exceptional hospitality, accommodation, dining, and service.

You will drive sales and play a crucial role in maximizing the property’s revenue.

Identify and pursue new Government & Corporate business opportunities to achieve individual sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Conduct daily sales calls, meetings, and site inspections.

Negotiate rates, and contracts, to drive revenue and increase market share.

Monitor and analyze market trends, and competition for growth opportunities.

Work closely with the Revenue Management team for optimum results.

Liaise with other teams to deliver the best experience to the guests during their stay at our hotel.

Attend and represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to enhance hotel visibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

Must possess UAE driving license

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a premium hotel.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Arabic and English.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Expertise in Opera software.

In-depth knowledge of Hospitality sales techniques and best industry practices.

Adaptability to quickly adapt to market conditions and client needs.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
