Job Position – Sales & Leasing Consultant
Location – Kuwait
Requirements:
– Strong presentation and communication skills.
– Excellent relationship management and negotiation abilities.
– Solid understanding of the leasing market and real estate sector.
– 1–2 years of experience, preferably with a major retail landlord or real estate group.
– A valid driving license is required.
Key Responsibilities:
– Secure leasing deals in alignment with the company’s leasing plan and financial targets.
– Implement leasing strategies as per the business plan and company policies.
– Identify potential clients, present company projects, negotiate terms, and close lease agreements.
– Conduct daily meetings and site visits with potential tenants.
