Job Position – Document Controller

Company Name – Al Shrfah Building Contracting

Location: Plot No. 510, Saih Shuhaib 04, Dubai Industrial City, Dubai, UAE
Starting Salary: AED 3,000/month
Key Responsibilities
– Manage and control all project documents in physical and electronic formats.
– Ensure all documents are properly filed, indexed, and easily retrievable.
– Maintain document registers, logs, and transmittals in coordination with the project team.
– Review and check documentation for accuracy and completeness before submission.
– Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and consultants for document exchange.
– Assist with general office administration and filing as needed.
Requirements
– Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
– 0–2 years of experience in document control or administrative support (fresh graduates are welcome).
– Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of document control software is an advantage.
– Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
– Good communication and teamwork abilities.
– Female candidates are preferred.
Additional Information
Preference will be given to candidates residing near Dubai Industrial City / Saih Shuhaib area, or willing to relocate nearby.
