Job Position – Sales Manager

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
-3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the UAE
-Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
-Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
-Excellent knowledge of sales strategies, customer relationship management, and market development
-Ability to lead a sales team, manage multiple priorities, and work independently
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
-Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
-Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
-Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
-Negotiate with clients and support the team in closing key deals
-Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and annual sales objectives
